2025-2026 Campion College U19s
The Rugby League Jamaica/Flash Ship Couriers National U19 High School Championship semifinals will take place on Tuesday, January 20, at Campion College. In the first semi-finals, St. Georges College will face host Campion College at 1:00pm, then at 2:10pm, defending champions Calabar High, clash with Jose Marti High in in the second semis.
The teams have all had contrasting journeys to the final four. Last Thursday, Jose Marti (playing at home) booked their spot with a convincing 26-4 win over BB Coke in their Quarterfinals match-up. Then on Friday, visitors St Georges College notched the upset of the season with a narrow 14-10 win over host Cedar Grove, and at the same venue, Campion College delivered a strong showing to get past Spanish Town 24-6. Meanwhile, Group B top seed, Calabar, had a bye through to the Semis.

Commenting the season to date, Director of Rugby Romeo Monteith said, “We are happy to see the competition heading to its finale, post Hurricane Melissa. All the schools have done well to get their squads back on the field, we know sports is an important outlet for our student athletes, especially in difficult times, and we wish all teams good luck in the Semis.”
The 3rd Place and Grand Finals is scheduled for Friday, January 23 at Campion College as well. Rugby League Jamaica will then look to execute its U14 and u16 Championships starting in February.
